HUB to Hired is a career newsletter helping students and new graduates across the USA and Canada find real internships and entry-level jobs without getting lost in endless job boards.

Twice a week, every Wednesday and Saturday, we send out carefully curated lists of roles that are actually worth applying to. No fluff, no recycled listings, no generic advice. Just opportunities.

Today, more than 30,000 students and early-career professionals rely on HUB to Hired to stay on top of what is hiring now, but the story began in a much simpler place.

How We Started

HUB to Hired was born out of a group chat of University of Alberta students who were stressed, overwhelmed, and desperately trying to find summer internships.

Everyone was scrambling.
No one knew where to find good roles.
Job boards felt endless, repetitive, and hard to navigate.

To make things easier, we started dropping links to any solid internship we found and keeping track of deadlines so no one missed out. The group grew. Friends added more friends. Word spread across campus.

Soon, the informal link-dump became a structured list. That list became a recurring update.
Those updates became HUB to Hired.

From day one, the focus has been the same:
Find good roles. Share them clearly. Help more students get hired.

What We Do Today

Every Wednesday and Saturday, HUB to Hired sends a curated list of:

  • Internships across fields like tech, business, finance, engineering, marketing, and more

  • New-grad and entry-level roles that are currently open and accepting applications

  • Select featured positions from companies that want to hire students and early-career talent

The newsletter is designed for individuals who are busy with classes, exams, work, and life, yet still committed to finding a great role. Instead of spending hours scrolling, you open one email and see what’s worth your time.
